Every save and delete will automatically push all your chats to a Google Sheet as a backup. One-time setup takes about 2 minutes.
Go to sheets.new and name it something like "IB Coffee Chats".
In your Sheet, click Extensions → Apps Script. Delete any placeholder code already there.
Click Deploy → New deployment. Set type to Web app, "Execute as" to Me, and "Who has access" to Anyone. Click Deploy, authorize when prompted, then copy the Web App URL.
